Deliveries
Our operating and support hours are:
Monday to Friday: 08h00 - 17h00
Saturdays: 09h00 - 13h00
Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed
Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed the following working day if not sooner. Our Support Desk can be found by clicking the Chat icon found in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
We are an online store and do not have any shops that you can visit in person. This allows us to keep our products as affordable as possible by keeping our overheads low.
We are available Monday to Saturday via our contact page, the online chat bar or WhatsApp should you have any questions regarding our products or have queries on an order.
Shopping online provides all the convenience with none of the hassle!
1. Browse our categories and recommended products by using the navigation menu, or search for specific products by using the search bar at the top of your screen.
2. Add products to your shopping cart by clicking the 'ADD TO CART' button. You can add items to your cart quickly by shopping from search results or category pages. To read more about a product, simply click on the item to be taken to a detailed product information page from where you can also' ADD TO CART' and shop related and other recommended items.
3. Please note that the vast majority of our product range is offered in different sizes and varieties. You can select your preferred size or variety and click the 'ADD TO CART' button to add your selected size or variety to your cart.
4. When you have chosen all the products that you would like to buy, click on the 'SHOPPING BAG' icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen, and then click on the 'REVIEW CART' button. You can adjust quantities or remove items as desired and then proceed with the secure 'CHECKOUT'.
You'll be prompted to 'SIGN IN' or simply add your delivery details. Thereafter you can choose a shipping option and your preferred payment method.
Once we have received your order, we take care of the rest!
