PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Lead time is dependent on stock availability and order processing time. Should the product not be in stock please allow 5-7 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to your selected delivery address. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
We sell the goods to you on the following basis:

We will bear the cost and we will choose the way of packaging and the goods unless agreed otherwise;

We will do our best to dispatch the goods as soon as possible after you have placed an order,

Risks related to the goods pass to you on delivery;

Ownership in the goods passes to you on payment of the fees in full; and

DELIVERY POLICY
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our Terms & Conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. In this event every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Re-shipment will be for your cost.
ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.
RETURNS, ORDER CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS
The provision of goods and services by The Happy Herb Shop is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, The Happy Herb Shop will contact you with options.
All orders are dispatched via courier service or local delivery. A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund. You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by The Happy Herb Shop. Orders that are cancelled through no fault of The Happy Herb Shop will incur a 10% handling fee.
If a product is not what you ordered or damaged or broken when you receive it, kindly inform us immediately. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to credit or refund you for the damaged or broken product, whichever you prefer.
